    Description

FSB type Corrosion-resistant Fluoroplastic Chemical Centrifugal Pump is designed according to international standards. The pump body is made of metal casing lining polyfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46). The pump cover, impeller and bushing are all extruded with metal inserts and fluoroplastics. It adopts externally mounted bellows mechanical seal. The static ring is made of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride. The moving ring is made of PTFE filling material. It is resistant to corrosion and wear and is suitable for conveying any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid and hydrofluoric acid. A highly corrosive medium with harsh conditions such as nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent and reducing agent is one of the strong corrosion-resistant equipments in the world.

    Advantage
The FSB and FSB-D fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump over-flow parts are all made of fluoroplastic alloy. The structure is compact, easy to operate and low in price. The two types of pump casings, impellers and machine seals can be used interchangeably. Welcome.

    Machinery Seal
FSB and FSB-D Corrosion-resistant Fluoroplastic Chemical Centrifugal Pump adopts the current advanced external PTFE corrugated pipe mechanical seal, which is characterized by the ability to compensate the radial runout of the pump shaft, single-end seal externally mounted, easy to load and unload, intuitive working state, resistant Corrosion wear-resistant sealing performance, multi-layer protection, extending the service life of the machine seal; for conveying corrosive media containing impurity particles, it can be equipped with a single-face hard-hard (silicon carbide-silicon carbide) mechanical seal without cooling water. Strong corrosive medium such as strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid is used with pressureless sintered silicon carbide seal; the user needs to consider the solid content in the medium and the special corrosiveness of the medium.

    Structure Description
    ● Pump body: It is made of one molded plastic alloy embedded in the steel flange ring inside the left and right sides.
    ● Stainless steel plate (1Crl8Ni9Ti) is molded on the right side of the back cover to form a plastic alloy.
    ● Impeller: The connecting shaft is connected. The metal shaft is made of high-quality steel after the outer plastic alloy is molded. The impeller and the metal shaft are firmly integrated to ensure the torque of the shaft and the rear of the impeller. Force, so that the wetted part of the medium is a plastic alloy.
    ● Mechanical seal: WB2 type, ST type without cooling water adjustable end face sealing technology, made of silicon carbide, high purity alumina ceramics, filled with PTFE, graphite and other materials.

    Product Usage
FSB type fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump has compact structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight sealing performance, stable operation, low noise, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxin decomposition, convenient maintenance, smooth flow path, high efficiency and energy saving. Etc. Eliminate run, run, drip, leak, widely used in chemical, acid, alkali, smelting, rare earth, pesticides, dyes, medicine, paper, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, radio, chemical foil, scientific research institutions, national defense industry, etc. industry.

    Instructions for use
    Start and stop
    ● Fill the pump with enough liquid (injection).
    ● Check if the oil level of the bracket oil chamber is within the specified range.
    ● Check the running direction of the motor and check the placement mark of the pump.
    ● Close the outlet valve and pressure gauge cock.
    ● Start the motor, open the pressure gauge cock, and slowly open the outlet valve. When the gauge pointer points to the desired position, the adjustment of the size of the outlet valve is stopped.
    ● When parking is required, first close the water outlet valve and then cut off the power supply.

    Disassembly and installation

    Pump disassembly

    ● The pump and motor are connected by a claw type coupling. When disassembling, loosen the four connecting bolts of the bracket and the base to disengage the pump from the motor.
    ● Loosen the connecting bolt of the back cover of the pump body. Use a wooden handle to gently tap the pump body to disengage.
    ● Loosen the lifting bolts that connect the impeller shaft to the pump shaft Mohs taper in the coupling.
    ● Loosen the mechanical seal! Unfix the screw, tap the bolt at the center of the coupling with a wooden hammer, pull out the impeller, the rear cover and the seal moving ring after the impeller shaft and the pump shaft Mohs taper. Release the back cover Cap the cover screw. Remove it.
    ● Loosen the left and right gland screws of the pump shaft. Take out the pump shaft, bearing, and cleaning the bracket oil chamber.
    Assembly
Install the set ring of the seal moving ring, static ring, back cover, gland, impeller, pump body, etc. in the reverse order of disassembly.

    Precautions for use
    Installation and precautions
    ● Check the pump and motor before installation. All parts should be intact and there is no debris in the pump.
    ● Connect the pump to the horizontal position, connect the inlet and outlet pipes, and turn on the power supply. Then move the coupling by hand. Check for the phenomenon of rubbing. The rotation is easy and uniform, the installation is over.
    ● The plastic alloy centrifugal pump is less steel than the metal, so the weight of the pipeline can not be directly pressed on the pump body. The stern and outlet pipelines should be supported by additional brackets. The pump with high lift should also be equipped with a check valve at the exit. The water hammer that suddenly stopped was destroyed.
    ● All joints must be kept sealed to prevent air leakage and liquid from affecting the performance of the pump.
    ● If you find a turbulent or abnormal sound during operation, you should stop immediately to check the cause.
