Precautions for use
● The jockey pump is made of stainless steel shaft and aluminum bronze impeller (national fire acceptance standard). If there are different material requirements, please specify separately when inquiring (ordering). ● The jockey pump should be started at least once every six months to prevent difficulty in starting again due to long-term use or poor maintenance. ● The water inlet pipeline must be highly sealed and must not leak or leak air; ● It is forbidden to run the pump for a long time under cavitation; ● It is forbidden to run the motor over-current for a long time when the pump is running under high flow and low lift conditions; ● Regularly check the motor current value during pump operation, and try to make the pump run within the design working conditions; ● The pump should be supervised during operation to avoid accidents; ● After long-term operation of the pump, due to mechanical wear, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase, stop the inspection and replace the vulnerable parts and bearings if necessary. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year. ● Maintenance and maintenance of mechanical seals:
1). Mechanical seal lubricating fluid should be cleaned without solid particles;
2). It is strictly forbidden to work in the case of (dry) dry grinding;
3). Drive the pump (motor) several times before starting to avoid the mechanical seal breakage damage caused by sudden start.
